The ARPA Non-Profit application is now closed.

The Department of Planning and Community Development deadline to submit an application for not-for-profit organizations was Monday, July 17, 2023, at 4:00 PM.  

Thank you to all who submitted. 

The City allocated ARPA funds in the amount of $500,000 to assist organizations that are working in Mount Vernon to:

• Continue its recovery from the negative economic impacts created or exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic; and/or
• Address community challenges through improved service delivery in a strong and equitable manner.
